What services do your security guards provide?

Typical security guard responsibilities include: customer service, enforcement of policy, monitoring of cameras, controlling access, foot and or vehicular patrols, threat assessment, reporting and de-escalation of elevated situations. That said, each assignment is different and has it’s own set of responsibilities. Discussing the roles and responsibilities you’d like us to have is part of the initial discussions we’ll have with you.

What qualifications and training do your guards have?

Our employees come from all walks of life including veterans and civilians alike. Each employee is screened specifically for the unique requirements of the site they will be assigned. Everyone is vetted to each state’s licensing requirements including background checks and training requirements.

Our training programs are comprehensive and include topics such as: the importance of security, customer service, legal matters, use of force, conduct, patrol techniques, communication, report writing, fire prevention and control, emergency situations, safety, de-escalation, situational awareness, and active assailant to name just a few. Additionally, each contract/site has it’s own operational procedures and training for items specific to that client’s needs. We use a mixture of virtual, in person and on-the-job training deployed deliberately to the operations in which the employee will be assigned.
